At Trose, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
You may request a return if:
The item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition
Original tags, labels, and packaging are intact
The return request is made within 14 days of delivery
Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:
Innerwear or intimate apparel (if applicable)
Items purchased during sale, clearance, or promotional offers
Gift cards or store credits

Once approved, return instructions will be shared with you.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
We recommend using a trackable shipping method
Trose is not responsible for lost return shipments
Once your return is received and inspected:
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Shipping charges are non-refundable
You will be notified once the refund has been completed.
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to replace an item, please return the original product and place a new order.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Orders can be cancelled within 5 hours of placement if they have not been shipped
Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled
